DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
All Ginger and Brown bags are made to order one at a time. Where possible, we aim to ship within 2 weeks. When you have made an order, you will be notified by email of an approximate shipping date. If you are needing an order by a particular date, please email us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING
Shipping in the UK is usually via Royal Mail Signed For First Class.
International shipping is usually via Royal Mail International Tracked which is a minimum of 7 working days - but can be longer depending on shipping delays and customer addresses.
Items can be shipped with UPS or FedEx but for expedited shipping via these services, a shipping upgrade of £14 must be additionally purchased.
Very Important: Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
EU CUSTOMERS - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
All shipments to the EU may be subject to local charges.
Due to current Brexit regulations, each EU country is now charging Customs Duty, VAT and Administrative fees on goods received at their borders from outside the EU.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays and are unable to find out what they might be. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
All fees are the customer's responsibility.
NB: If you refuse your parcel or the storage limit expires in customs without payment and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund or you will be charged to reship.
